How to start with MatterBook
To start getting booked, you need to subscribe to MatterBook, configure your agenda (all guided step by step) and share your booking system on social networks or on your website.
How to configure your booking system
After entering your email and clicking on "Start Now" the system will guide you in the configuration of your restaurant: you can enter the name of your restaurant, define the number of tables available, the days and the opening and closing times. After this step, a panel will open with various options that will offer you the possibility to share the QR-Code and the link to be imported into your Social Networks or on your website to allow your customers to make a reservation in your restaurant and to customize your Booking Agenda at its best.
How to put your reservation system on your website
From the main panel, by selecting the item “Share”, it is possible to download the QR-Code and copy links, automatically generated by the system, in order to share the Booking System via social networks, websites, business cards and brochures. The QR-Code is visible in the upper part: to download it, click on the "Download" button. At the bottom is the link: you can easily copy it by clicking on "Copy Link".
How to manage reservations in MatterBook
To manage the Reservations it is necessary to select the "Manage" item from the main panel. By clicking on the "Reservations" item, you can have access to the entire planning, relating to a specific day, which can be consulted globally or by time slot. By clicking on the “+” button, you can manually enter reservations by selecting the slots that are still free, without any overlap with those planned by MatterBook.
